Indispensable as a moisture barrier on the window

The TwinAktiv window foil EW, made from spunbonded fabric with a moisture-variable membrane, has anSd value of between 0.3 and 20 m, and offers reliable protection against moisture entering the window joints.

Due to the variable Sd value , the sealing foil also fulfils theRAL -requirement of being internally more vapour tight than outside.

The vapourproof film for windows is self-adhesive on both sides (12 N/25 mm adhesive strength) and can therefore be used as both double-sided and single-sided. Simply remove the protective film on the respective side, markings indicate which of the two sides can be plastered over (printed side).

The sealing film can be used in a variety of different ways which facilitates planning certainty when installing windows, as it is easy to distinguish the adhesive sides, and the sides which can or cannot be plastered over.

• Tear growth resistance of 65 N (transverse) and 60 N (longitudinal)
• UV resistance approx. 3 months

The sealing film keeps windows and joints dry over the long term, even in particularly unfavourable weather conditions such as heavy rain or hail. According to DIN 4102 it is classed as a normally flammable component (Class B2 ).

The self-adhesive sealing film for window installation
